Custom Computer Company is a local MSP (Managed Service Provider) focused on making IT less stressful, more reliable, and most importantly, safer for our users. We strive to know your computer faults and security issues before they become an issue and before you even know they exist.

Our Story
Founded in 2016, our incredible team of engineers, programmers, designers, and marketing experts have worked tirelessly to bring Custom Computer Company (CCC) to the forefront of the IT world. Since then, we’ve come a long way from our initial services. From first repairing computers in our basement (as far back as March 1st, 2014) to opening our first commercial storefront, CCC has persevered through adversity, including one natural disaster, to provide a superior computing-help experience for our customers.
Now located on Third St, our services extend to the whole range of IT support: networking solutions, surveillance system deployments, front and back-end web development, antivirus and web security, hardware repair, and audio recording/editing are among the few basic support services we provide. With monthly trainings and day-to-day research, our technicians stay at the forefront of the technological world and each passing quarter expands our capabilities. Know that a contract with us is an investment guaranteed to further improvement over time.
Looking to the future, we plan to expand our capabilities to new locations to provide a better service to the greater Michiana region. For us, new locations would allow us to respond faster to the cities and towns that currently lie on the limits of our reach as well as the locations just beyond those limits. Moreover, this would allow us to field technicians local to each area and expand our community outreach in meaningful ways beyond our home location.
We strive to enhance our users’ experiences everyday with our innovative and insightful technology. For us, that involves constant research and trainings to keep up with, and to be the technological standard for all businesses in the area. By providing big picture insights, which other industry titans depend on, we seek to build on and expand our capabilities every year with transparency for our customers.
